HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DECEIT

I have been a loyal customer for 6 years buying 200 l up’s each time. Today I spoke with “Oscar” who told me that my favorite Kcup was finally in stock even though I told him it did not show on the website and that I wanted the advertised 17% discount shown . He said to go ahead and place an order and he would “note in my account “to give me the 17% credit back to my charge card.

I placed the order for 2) 100 count cups and waited 2 hrs to see the discount applied.
I then called Oscar again and he said “I have not talked to you and did not tell you anything about applying 17% !!!!!
My friend even spoke up and said she heard him tell me that and confirmed his name was Oscar! He lied, denied, and was rude about the whole issue! I told him to cancel the order immediately for full refund .
I then asked for the owner or manager’s name and he said “ I don’t know their name !
Would not transfer me!
Terrible person - great coffee BUT he lost my business and my friend who heard the whole conversation!

Bye Maud's

I'd been drinking their French Vanilla pods for years without issue. Then, I bought a 100-count box of pods in anticipation, as my current box of 100 only had about 30 remaining. I don't drink but one cup a day, but I like to not run out. Problem is that this new 100-count box had two pods in a row (and 3 out of 5) which had a manufacturing defect and caused much coffee grounds to spill into the cup. My partner has had no problem with her Bubbie's Breakfast Blend pods whatsoever, so it is exclusively a French Vanilla problem, and there are very likely more pods with the same problem that I haven't found in the 100-ct. box yet.

ShopBlends.com refuses to ship even a small replacement because "it's been more than 30 days since the order was placed." That is friggin' bananas. My partner's been ordering us their coffee for *years* now, and they won't ship a small order of pods (like just a dozen would be fine) to replace their defective ones, for long-time customers now, because I didn't drink enough coffee every day to be able to figure out the problem with the order within *30 days*?!?

Bye Maud's...been nice knowing you. Also, your new pod design SUCKS...the Recycle-a-Cup pod cutter doesn't work on it...thanks for ignoring both of my emails asking for clarification about it.

Good coffee, recyclable pods.

I have been ordering from Intelligent Blends for about a year now. I love the variety of coffees, and the pods are recyclable. The Kona is my go-to, and the Roasters Reserve is my splurge! Affordable, fast and free shipping, and good coffee!
